Compassionate, professional counselling for anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties,

low self-esteem and life's challenges.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties,

stress, low mood, or simply feeling that things are not quite as they should be.

Whatever has brought you here, counselling offers a confidential space where you can talk openly, feel heard

and explore what is happening for you at your own pace.

I am Hannah Taylor, a BACP Accredited Counsellor providing counselling in Somerset and online throughout the UK.

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences, develop resilience and create meaningful change.

How Counselling Can Help

People seek counselling for many different reasons.

You may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Depression and low mood
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Stress and burnout
  • Low self-esteem or confidence
  • Life transitions and change
  • Family issues
  • Feelings of loneliness or isolation

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people come simply because they would like a greater understanding of themselves and a space to reflect on their lives.

My Approach

Every person is unique, and I believe counselling should reflect that.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that helps you gain insight, build self-awareness and move towards the changes you would like to make.

I understand that beginning counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to create a safe and supportive relationship where you feel comfortable bringing whatever is important to you.

Counselling in Somerset

I offer face-to-face counselling for clients across Somerset, including:

  • Castle Cary
  • Yeovil
  • Sherborne
  • Bruton
  • Wincanton
  • Glastonbury
  • Street

I also work with clients online throughout the UK, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home.

What to Expect

The first session gives us an opportunity to explore what has brought you to counselling and

what you hope to gain from the process.

There is no pressure and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. We will discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have and consider whether we feel we can work together.

Taking the First Step

Seeking support can be one of the most important investments you make in your wellbeing.

If you would like to arrange an initial conversation or learn more about counselling, I would be pleased to hear from you.
